Description

Engineered Wood Herringbone – Wanaka Black Herringbone flooring HB04

Wanaka Black HB-04 is a dark European oak engineered herringbone flooring designed for modern architectural interiors. The deep black tone creates strong visual contrast while still preserving the natural oak grain and texture beneath the surface.

The timber is thermally treated and wire-brushed, producing a denser, more stable hardwood surface with subtle grain definition and a natural matte character. Unlike flat painted finishes, Wanaka Black retains the authentic depth and movement of real timber.

The herringbone parquet layout adds structure, rhythm, and architectural detail to the space, making it suitable for both contemporary homes and refined commercial interiors. The darker finish enhances the geometric pattern while pairing naturally with soft neutral palettes, stone surfaces, light cabinetry, and large open spaces.

Finished with a durable lacquer coating, Wanaka Black HB-04 offers a refined low-sheen appearance suitable for everyday residential living and commercial use. Its engineered construction improves dimensional stability and makes it suitable for underfloor heating systems.

For best long-term performance, full glue-down installation is recommended for all engineered herringbone parquet flooring applications.
