Flooring returns and cancel policy
How to return and cancel the flooring?
Floorco Trading Ltd. We allow clients to return flooring products 14 days after delivery for a refund, but we can’t accept any special flooring products ( special price, krono, binypro)
Please note, before returning, please contact or email the FLOORCO TRADING LTD. customer service team.
Please follow the terms & conditions of the return:
(I) Contact or email FLOORCO TRADING LTD. customer service team, to let us know your order number or invoice number.
(II) Goods must be unused and in “as new,” the items must be no damaged and unopen. Can’t return if any damaged or used.
(III) Any you are responsible for returning the goods to us you must pay the freight cost.
(IV) FLOORCO TRADING LTD. Will be charged 15% of returns goods restocking fee.
(V) FLOORCO TRADING LTD will refund within 14 working days.
(VI) Special goods can’t accept with returns.
(VII) We will process the refund on the 20th
If the products arrive with a manufacturing fault, please immediately contact our Customer Services team. We will make all the necessary arrangements to have the goods replaced.
FLOORCO TRADING LTD. allows clients to cancel an order within 48 hours if the goods do not pick up. But if the freight company picks up from FLOORCO TRADING LTD warehouse, FLOORCO TRADING LTD can’t cancel the order.
Please note, before canceling the order, please contact or email the FLOORCO TRADING LTD. customer service team, and please let the team know your “name,” “phone number,” “invoice number,” “order number,” and delivery address.”
We are only able to accept backorders if the product:
-This an item we are selling, “we” that’s means FLOORCO TRADING LTD.
-This item is returned in full packs. ( Unused, Unopen, as new, package in perfect condition )
-Is an item we keep in stock in one of our warehouses.
Please note: Returns & order cancel can’t accept products that are bespoke and any customized products.
No return products
***We do not return any trims, transition bar, finishing trims, Underlay, cleaner, tools, or adhesives. Krono flooring, BinylPro flooring***
If you have already decided to purchase and have paid the deposit, we will hold the goods in the warehouse for you or order with the manufacturer.
Please understand that after receiving the deposit, we will place new orders with the manufacturer or hold the goods in the warehouse. If a customer requests a refund deposit, this will result in incurring losses.
if refund deposit:
（I)You can request a full refund deposit within 48 hours.
（II) We will charge 15% full amount within 14 days.
（III) We will not have any refund after 14 days.
（IV) Based on the paid deposit date.
