Description

Engineered Wood Herringbone – Timaru Natural HB-02

Timaru Natural HB-02 is a European oak engineered herringbone flooring designed to bring warmth, texture, and natural character into contemporary interiors. The soft, natural oak tone highlights the grain variation and organic movement of real timber, creating a calm and timeless architectural finish.

The timber is thermally treated and wire brushed to produce a denser, more stable hardwood surface while preserving the authentic texture of oak beneath the finish. The result is a floor with natural depth and subtle tonal variation rather than an artificial uniform appearance.

The herringbone parquet layout introduces structure and rhythm throughout the space, adding visual detail without overwhelming the interior. Its balanced natural tone works comfortably with light architectural palettes, stone surfaces, warm timber joinery, and modern open-plan environments.

Finished with a durable lacquer coating, Timaru Natural HB-02 offers a refined low-sheen surface suitable for both residential and commercial applications. The brushed texture maintains visible grain definition and a genuine timber feel underfoot.

Its engineered construction improves dimensional stability, making it suitable for underfloor heating systems, large glazed areas, and spaces exposed to changing interior temperatures.

For best long-term performance, full glue-down installation is recommended for all engineered herringbone parquet flooring applications.
