HOMY03 is a smoked oak engineered real timber flooring designed to deliver depth, warmth, and a contemporary architectural presence. The smoked colour treatment introduces a refined, modern tone that performs particularly well in spacious interiors, where light and shadow interact across the surface of the wood.
Finished with a wax-oiled surface, the floor highlights the natural grain and tonal variation of oak, creating a layered and authentic appearance rather than a uniform, artificial look.

For optimal long-term performance, installation using a full glue-down method is recommended. Full adhesion fixes the floorboards directly to the subfloor with a suitable flooring adhesive, helping to minimise expansion, contraction, and the potential for movement or noise. Due to the nature of oiled finishes, professional installation is recommended.
Tongue & Groove Profile
Tongue & Groove refers to a traditional board profile where each floorboard has a tongue on one side and a corresponding groove on the other. When installed, the tongue fits securely into the groove of the adjacent board, helping control vertical alignment and supporting a stable, well-finished floor surface.
Long-Term Use and Maintenance
With correct installation and appropriate maintenance, engineered smoked oak flooring can be refreshed through re-oiling and, where applicable, sanding. This supports long-term durability and helps preserve the intended appearance over the life of the floor.
