欧洲标准规定, 强化复合地板共分为家用级别(Class21/AC1, Class22/AC2, Class23/AC3)与商用级别(Class31/AC3, Class32/AC4, Class33/AC5)两大类共6个级别。一般家用使用AC3及以上等级的地板,商用要使用AC4及以上等级的地板。对于欧洲市场,AC4(国标商用12000转)等级的地板较为普遍消费。

Laminate flooring is generally composed of four layers, which are wear-resistant layer, decorative layer, base material layer and balance layer. The wear-resistant layer is mainly composed of AI2O3 (aluminum oxide), which has strong hardness and wear resistance. We often say how durable and wear-resistant the floor is based on this wear-resistant layer.
Laminate flooring AC1-AC5 is the abrasion resistance specified in the European standard EN13329. European imported floors will be marked with abrasion resistance grades.
The European wear-resistant grade standard is shown in the figure below:
According to European standards, laminate flooring is divided into two categories: household level (Class21/AC1, Class22/AC2, Class23/AC3) and commercial level (Class31/AC3, Class32/AC4, Class33/AC5), a total of 6 levels. Generally, AC3 and above floors are used for home use, and AC4 and above floors are used for commercial use. For the European market, AC4 (national standard commercial 12000 rpm) floors are more commonly consumed.

地板耐磨 History of laminate flooring

The first laminate floor was developed in 1977 in Sweden, but first arrived on the market in 1980. This new kind of flooring quickly spread to other countries in Europe. The laminate of the early years was not of the high quality that it is today – but thanks to on going developments, by the end of the 1980s visible advances had been achieved.

Today laminate is one of the most popular floor surfaces in the world and Kronoflooring GmbH, Lampertswalde is one of the global market leaders. What has not changed since the 1980s is the composition of laminate flooring. The general composition of laminate is composed of three layers.

The base layer of laminate is an impermeable, layer underneath the base that improves its structural stability and serves as a moisture barrier. The thick, middle layer is a wooden composite base. The topmost layer of laminate flooring is the wearing surface and the decorative layer that, depending on the production process, can consist of several layers. It consists of a special resin-treated cellulose and gives the floor a tough, durable surface and makes it visually attractive.

Especially on the surface, the differences between inferior laminate flooring and the high quality laminate from Krono Original® become clear. In particular for the design: a good laminate floor feels comfortable and demonstrates a natural-looking structure. At the same time, the high quality finishing of the laminate provides many advantages.
