This definition of Terms and Conditions refers to the set of rules and agreements applicable to any entity engaging with the Seller for goods or services. These entities may include, but are not limited to, person/s ,partnerships, trusts, successors, administrators, and permitted assigns acting on behalf of the Client.
| Warranty Card |
The warranty provided by the suplier ensures that the flooring products are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use conditions. Complete details of the warranty terms, including coverage and exclusions, are outlined in the product brochure.
Please note that the warranty periods specified on product packaging and within product warranty cards are intended solely for retail clients. These consumer-specific warranties do not apply to commercial clients. For commercial clients, warranty terms are exclusively governed by Floorco’s standard terms and conditions. Commercial clients are advised to review these terms to understand the specific warranty provisions applicable to their purchases.
| Customer service form |
In the case of a complaint, proof of purchase should be attached to the complaint and filled in the form. The Client downloads the Customer service form. Fill in all and email them to [email protected] or [email protected] with Photographic documentation of the Product complained about.
