大面积浸水
如果遇到因各种原因造成的地板大面积泡水，且水量较大的，应及时对现场进行清理，同时通知地板商家联系售后服务，在尽量短的时间内对地板进行拆除。
一般来说，除卫生间、厨房以外的房间没有防水，所以需要尽快将地面上的水清理干净，避免泡到其他房间或者楼下造成更大的损失。
局部浸水
如果遇到局部泡水的情况，应及时切断水源并对地面上的水进行清理，观察地板是否有明显变化。有明显翘边或拱起现象的可通知地板商家进行局部更换，施工人员会根据现场情况进行局部拆除，并计算出维修所需地板面积以及相关费用。
这里还有两点仍需注意：
1. 在维修人员上门前需要先询问核实需更换地板的库存及批次情况，因为只有与原来地板花色、规格相同的地板才能使用，否则无法进行维修。
2. 泡水地板拆除后，最好在保持正常通风的情况下，晾地面两周左右，待地面潮气散去，再进行更换地板的安装，这样可有效避免出现返修的情况。

Partial flooding
If you encounter local water soaking, you should cut off the water source in time and clean up the water on the ground to observe whether the floor has obvious changes. If there is obvious warping or arching, the floor merchant can be notified to perform partial replacement. The construction personnel will perform partial removal according to the site conditions, and calculate the floor area required for maintenance and related costs.
There are two more points to note here:
- Before the maintenance personnel come to the door, you need to check the inventory and batch of the floor to be replaced, because only the floor with the same color and specification as the original floor can be used, otherwise the maintenance cannot be carried out.
- After removing the soaked floor, it is best to dry the floor for about two weeks while maintaining normal ventilation. After the moisture on the ground dissipates, the installation of the replacement floor can be carried out, which can effectively avoid rework.
