They consist in most cases of 2 parts: The base and the top. The base is either bonded or nailed to the ground before installation where it is required. The floor is then installed with the necessary clearance on either side of the base to allow for expansion. Once this is completed, the connector slots into the top section, and this then drops into the base. Many variations on this design exist, but they all serve the same purpose.
This is an adjustable trims profile with a click-in system for the perfect finish of laminate and wood flooring with heights. The stair nose profile consists of an aluminum top that can be removed and replaced, an aluminum base with a grooved channel, and a PVC clipper. The base can be fixed with screws or adhesive.No screws are required for the top part,as the pvc mounting clip fixes the top part to the base and adapts to the height required. The stair nosing is available in wood finish Walnut, Medium Grey, White Oak, Dark Oak, Grey Oak, and Anodised Silver, producing an attractive and uniform appearance.
